HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Tickets for any of our shows can be purchased by calling (860-283-6250) or visiting the Box Office during regular hours. Our Box Office is located on Level 2 of the Town Hall Complex at 158 Main Street in Thomaston. Box Office hours are Monday through Saturday from 1:00pm until 6:00pm. Safe, secure ticket sales also available on-line!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SHOW UP TO THE PERFORMANCE THAT I HAVE RESERVATIONS FOR?
We ask that if you need to cancel a reservation, to give us 24 hours notice. In the event that a patron cannot attend a particular performance, the Thomaston Opera House will make every effort to accommodate at an alternate performance. Any exchanges are based on availability at remaining performances. Seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, traveler's checks, personal & business checks, plus MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
WILL YOU RESERVE SEATS TOGETHER FOR MY GROUP?
YES - We will reserve seats together for a group reservation.
WHERE CAN I FIND AUDITION INFORMATION?
Audition information is posted here on our website in the AUDITIONS section and is also listed in the local area newspapers, general theatre/audition websites or theatre trade publications/newsletters. If you would like to be added to our audition e-mail list, just submit your contact information and you will receive notification of auditions as they are announced.

DO YOU OFFER A GROUP RATE?
YES - Our group rate applies for parties of 20 or more. Further discounts are available for larger groups or if you would like to purchase the entire house. Please contact us for further details and pricing.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
YES - Thomaston Opera House Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased by calling or visiting the Box Office during regular hours.
